The site provides a wide range of information and links to resources to guide charter public schools in every phase of their development--from start-up, to expansion, to renewal. National Resource Center on Charter School Finance and Governance (NRC)The goal of the NRC is to improve charter school finance and governance. Their Web site includes: a clearinghouse (with links to research reports, toolkits, and charter organizations), as well as searchable databases of federal funding sources and promising practices. Established in 2006 with funding from the U.S. Department of Education, the NRC is a collaborative effort among WestEd, The Finance Project, and The Center on Educational Governance at the University of Southern California. |
